Voobly client installs fine in Windows 7 32bit as this was the platform tested and the chat room opens along with all the functions. My recommendation is to completely wipe all the entries related to this software. For cleaning purposes you can use CCleaner as an alternative or Your Uninstaller!, then you can re-install the client.
